I purchased a new Sonata last week from Manfredi Hyundai. I wanted to let you know what an easy and enjoyable process it was. The person responsible for that was John Biondo. He was a real pleasure to work with. From my first phone call to John, through the car buying experience, to picking up the car he made it easy. There was no high pressure tactics like I have experienced in past car purchases. A few days after picking up my new car he even called me to see how things were going. He was professional, personal and came across as a very nice person. He kept me informed. He set up my car beforehand so that everything was ready to go when I arrived. My husband and I just leased a 2011 Sonata from Manfredi Hyundai on Hylan Blvd., in Staten Island. I must say we had a wonderful experience, all of the sales people were great especially AJ who was our sale rep. At first because of all the bad reviews we were reluctant but thought we would take a chance and it paid off. AJ is a terrific (no pressure) sales person. He introduced us to the mechanic we would see if need to, explained the car and hooked up the blue tooth for us. AJ was always polite and patient as we had a lot of questions. Of course we haven't used the service yet and hope it goes as well as the sales.
